ViperV5910FC Maga Carbon Fiber Tactical Knife

The knife feels good in the hand and opens smoothly, whether it's by the lever on the back or the catch that opens it as you draw it from your pocket. My only complaint, a potentially dangerous one at that, is that unless the blade is opened rather forcefully the liner lock will fail to engage and not lock the blade in the open position.This may be a defect with just my knife though and it will be easier for me to just take it apart and file a very slight amount off the liner lock to allow it to engage easier, than it will be to mess around with returns and exchanges.I'd have given it a solid five stars if it weren't for this issue. But a knife that doesn't reliably lock in the open position deserves a few stars off.

Hands down the most amazing folder I’ve ever had. I own one and I bought one for my wife as well. We’ve had them over 4 years now, never had an issue with it. It’s still as smooth as day one. I didn’t have any of the issues the other two guys had, I belive it’s a defect and not typical. My wife has the carbon fiber with the black blade and mine is the Micarta with black blade.

I like the weight of the carbon fiber , do not like the fact that the bearings are grinding already as ifits got a lack of lube. You tube reviewers also had this issue.I shouldnt have to take apart a knife of this caliber to lube it correctly right out of the box.
