Good flavor for the value

Less carbohydrates and less calories, and only 1 gr of sugar, perfect! A healthier option for pasta lovers. Great news for those trying to improve their diet.

I only gave it a 4 star, because it's not a taste that I care for. If you're using gluten free products, then this would be a good choice.

I have used red lentil pasta by this brand before and it tasted really good. This wasn't quite as tasty.

Great flavor

These taste pretty good and have a good texture. Requires a lot of boiling to get soft.

This pasta has ZERO redeeming qualities. It tastes really, really bad! The texture is disgusting, the color is unappetizing. It does not cook up well and splinters apart when you handle it AT ALL - to rinse it or mix with sauce. As an Italian-American girl, I have eaten almost every type of pasta ever made - especially if it boasts being high protein and/or low-carb. I LOVE almost any and all pasta and can find a way to prepare and eat just about anything that claims to be pasta. This was the one exception. No matter what I did with cooking times, seasoning or sauces, this pasta is simply INEDIBLE. Can't imagine anyone who actually tasted this penne leaving a positive review!

I've been looking for veggie pasta that taste like regular pasta, and this one is the closest I've been able to find. My kids cannot tell the difference and I was very surprised that my husband didn't mind the flavor. Definitely recommend.
