Oh, these are banging. I recently finished stretching to 0g however the plugs I had kept falling out and my lobes couldn't fully heal. The black ones are perfect for work, the white go nicely with outfits and the clear pair look abousolutely sick! Most importantly they dont fall out at all (the black ring on the back needs a little assistance getting off though). If I loose them, would definitely buy these again.

Exactly what I wanted. Will definitely be buying more. The flared side wasn't too big. Just enough to keep the plug from slipping out. Came with an extra I ring foreach plug.
