I use them almost daily. When I received this one it is not only filled with the flax seed I like but it has batting inside which makes it too poofy. You cant lay with it on and it doesn't conform to your head or neck. All the seed shifts to the front or the back thus making the heat not uniform, regardless of how many times you shake it. The foam inside traps it all in pockets. Needless to say I am sadly disappointed.
