Only the cover. I would expect that from a cheap mattress but not an expensive one such as this. Amazon has promised to send me another one, but it’s taking one week and it’s delaying our child’s sleep plans, which is annoying to say the least. Also, to return the mattress is a pain because it doesn’t fit in a sedan so I have to work with ups on pick up. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Better Then My Mattress *by A***S on Reviewed in the United States on September 21, 2020* I think this mattress is a better quality then my own personal mattress I got this for my grandbaby and I am so jealous it doesn't fit me. It is made in the USA with quality products and made well. It is breathable, it doesn't water absorbant, super thick, and comforable. The mattress is hypoalergenic and made with 100% organic cotton. The toxins that are present in many mattresses are not in this one. It is safe for my new grandbaby which is what matters.
