Not with cases, but individually wrapped in small zip lock bags.

Q: Do these glasses have spring hinges?

Yes. I'm wearing a pair now, in fact I bought 11 pairs of them in different strengths, and the hinges all work fine. I've had them 2.5 years now and am very happy with them especially as they're quite robust.

That depends on the strength you choose, and the strength you need, and the print size. I have +2 and 1 metre is about the optimum distance for average print
