My personal recommendation for healthy lifestyle.I started since last winter. Stopped in summer and now started again.It tastes somewhat like talvat.I take with milk but any time in the day it can be consumed.Must buy. Try once and you will buy again. I have referred to all my family and friends and many of them liked it.

After eating on daily basis I can see the difference in my energy level and my working capisity. It's taste is nice and quality is good. Eat continue for few days to see the effect. Content used is good genuine.

Too much Sweet,here 62% is jaggery and 12% is suger in that, means 72 % is only sweetner. And they promot as aswagandhi lehyem . I don't recommend to anyone.i understand jaggery but why suger needed in that.fail product. The main Ingredients are in very low quantity. When i eat suger feels in your mouth that not desolved properly also.

Good product
It's a very nice product, with good purity of ingredients and is not too sweet. It's not saturated with sugar like similar products of other brands are. It's quite effective in improving body heat, immunity and reducing cold like symptoms. Price is reasonable.The consistency of the paste is not the same in all bottles, sometimes thick and grainy and other times smooth and flowy as described in other reviews. But it seems to be giving the same results.
