what is stepladder hight

About 4 feet as a step ladder. Fully extended about 11 feet.

My 13-foot ladder does not have wheels. Are they hidden somewhere to be attached by the user? They are shown in the picture in the instructions.

My 13' ladder did not arrive with wheels. I called Little Giant, and they confirmed that their product should have them. Apparently Amazon got a bunch of 13' ladders with the wheels missing. Call Little Giant customer service, and they will send you the wheels. (Bravo, Little Giant!)Edited:Hmmm. I got the wheels, but they don't fit. The contour of the plastic on the wheels does not match the contour of the ladder (or the old feet). Bummer.

How tall does the stairway position extend? I need to paint on a stairway that goes up to 13 feet

Don’t get fooled by the name of the product! It’s actually Model 13 not 13-foot! It extends up to 11”. So you proabably need to get the Model-17 which extends up to 15”. What does it mean without ratchets?

Thanks for your question. Some versions of this ladder come with Ratchet Levelers, which provide built-in leveling for using the ladder on uneven ground. This product does not include that feature.
