Loved how easy these are to install. The box doubles as a template for screwing to the wall. I put up two heaters in an hour. I had to extend the cord on one to reach the plug. But the fact these use a UK 3 pin plug is great. No messing with wiring etc. But you can actually hard wire them into a spur if you wanted to. They look great. Operate silently. On the negative side they are a a bit fiddly to set the timer for but once you have done one the second is very easy. The heat output is good. You just need to calculate the right Kw for the space you have. I have 2 1000w heaters in my conservatory which is 3 x 4 meters. They work very well indeed. The heat is quite a dry heat. But that works for me. You can't put these in a bathroom but they will go pretty much anywhere else and they are very neat and inobtrusive.

We had this up and running in 10 minutes. It looks stunning and compliments the small cloakroom well. I have programmed it to achieve a comfort temp of 20 deg, and reduxe to 17 at certain times. This was easy to do. Love the clear display and am surprised at how the 400 W heats up this little room.

Arrived (quickly) in unusually well designed packaging. If a manufacturer takes that much trouble with the packaging that bodes well for the product itself. The heater is very slim and minimalist with a discrete temperature display on the top corner and control buttons hidden down the side. I have only just fitted this product so cant comment on its longevity but on a style and quality level it ticks all the boxes for me. We bought 2 of different sizes but I'm sure they all share the same qualities. We have since bought a third for our garden office. The only reason I have not rated these heaters as 5 star is because of the very poor programming function, it works but very counter-intuitive and difficult to use and, in the event of a power outage, it has to be re-programmed - rather tiresome. A number of reviews have marked these heaters down for not 'giving out as much heat' or being as efficient as expected. At the risk of being rude this is nonsense. All electric heaters (regardless of brand, size etc) are very close to 100% efficient. If you buy the right size heater it will keep the room warm, if the heater output is not sufficient to heat the room it will simply be 'On' all the time as it tries (and fails) to heat the room. If in doubt you are probably wise to buy the next size up, it will not cost any more to run but will simply heat up the room quicker (and then turn off).

Heater looks very smart and is easy to install, though I raised it up higher than the simple card packaging instructions suggested so as not to impede chair legs. In operation it is silent, which makes it difficult to work out when it switches on and off, though the red led shows this if you look. The casing is metal except for the plastic end caps - hopefully these will retain their white colour as time passes. Like other devices with an in-built thermostat, accuracy of temperature control is perhaps better based on how the room temperature feels, though it does seem to be reasonably accurate. Power consumption, as measured by my smart meter, is about 10% higher at 880W. This is likely down to the higher UK mains voltage when compared to the lower European standard of 230V. This doesn't really matter as temperature control is the most important thing. Overall, a smart looking heater that operates silently and seems well made. I would certainly buy another.

This heater was easy to install and is perfect as a secondary source of heat for a 20 sq m room. Rather than turn on the gas heating for the entire house this works great at quickly and quietly heating the room. It replaces an electric oil-filled heater that was bulkier and took longer to heat; this heater is slim and inconspicuous against the wall. Bear in mind that the heat rises directly above the heater and doesn't radiate outwards; it operates more like a traditional radiator in that regard. The timer function is complex to use if you want different start times on different days etc. but I use a smart switch to trigger the heating on and off at demand and on a schedule, and this heater works well with it. Quality product.

We have moved from a gas central heating system that was completely clapped out to a wood burning stove to heat our house. We wanted some form of backup heating in case we run out of wood or only need a short period of heating to take the chill off a room e.g. during the spring and autumn. These heaters are easy to install, stylish and unobtrusive in appearance, and very effective at kicking out heat. The timer and thermostat functions are comprehensive and versatile, and easy to set up if you read the instructions fully at the beginning. If the heater is switched on after not being used for a couple of months, there is an initial smell of burnt dust as there is with any electric element heater, but this soon passes. Being able to run the heater off a standard three pin socket on a ring main as opposed to a dedicated circuit is a big advantage.

Lovely sleek and minimalist design. Gives out plenty of heat for my room (1kw for 12 m^2). The timer controls are fairly basic. You can just set a high and a low temperature, then set in one hour increments whether you want your room to be at the high or low. Works well for the most part but I try and align my heating with my economy 7 timing, which starts at half past the hour so can't get it spot on. Absolutely cannot complain too much though because this is half the price of similar radiators.

I decided to have it hard-wired, and so my reputable electrician installed it, fixed to the wall - all in under an hour. It looks so neat, hardly intrudes into the room, and more importantly does the job to a tee. Easy to use, but then I just use the on/off button - leave the programming to more intelligent folk than I !! - This rad. is in a sun-room, so often doesn't need to be on, therefore pre-set - hence the on/off way of controlling it, suits my room and and saves me power. It heats up very quickly. Highly recommended.

Funciona perfectamente. Calienta muy rápido la habitación. De muy fácil montaje para colgar en pared. Estéticamente muy bonito. Estoy muy satisfecha con la compra.

Llegó bien embalada antes de lo previsto. Fácil montaje, estéticamente muy bonita. Caldea la habitación perfectamente y sin ruido alguno. La compré a modo de prueba, compraré más para otras habitaciones. Recomendable.Muy satisfecha con la compra.
