Screen won't erase after first use
I received this product last Thursday. Thought it would be a great thing for my own kids as well as daycare kids, to help eliminate all of the paper we go through. I took it out of the box, looked it over & started drawing my name with the pen. I tried to erase it but it won't come off the screen. I also tried to use the lock/unlock button on the bottom & it made no difference. Tried finding your information to call & see what we can do about it but unfortunately all that I see is an email address & I never get notifications for them so I'd rather call. I was really hoping to write a great review for this product, but I'm not very happy with any of it thus far.

Only 1 of 2 worked
I got 2 of them and only 1 worked. That's why 2 stars. My granddaughter loves the other one. Great for car trips, waiting rooms, etc...

Writing Tablet
Very unhappy. Bought as a gift and now it is too late to return. Very Cheap and you can't see the writing that well.

I love this thing. Now my daughters can write on something at church instead of her tablet.

Button doesn't work most of the time
When using this product you must press together the place where the battery is and then push the button. I own another device like this and it is much better and only was a few dollars more.
