This battery did the same thing within 8 months. About couple of weeks ago, got the notification of battery error- means replace the battery. So I had to replace the battery with a new one within less than a year.I replaced it with a HP battery. I searched to find product support, but don't have any. I think this battery supposed to die after your warranty period.
