Im former LE and this holster reminds me of my old JayPee IWB for my off-duty S&W Model 640 J Frame. It's well made and for me, these are the most comfortable types of holsters for appendix carry. Fits my S&W 442 very well and based on past experience with these types of suede holsters, over time it should really mold itself to the weapon. Stitching is very good and the clip is sturdy.

I was looking for a simple and inexpensive IWB holster for my S&W 351PD for when I go out hiking and camping. I wanted something I can easily slip either into a pocket or in the waistband of any pants/shorts. The leather is thinner than many other holsters but I like it since it keeps things slimmer overall and doesn’t take up more waistband space. I like it more than a Kydex holster as the leather is softer and more comfortable without any hard points or edges to dig in. Retention isn’t as good as a moulded holster, but it is meant for IWB carry so a little belt tension and I can run and jump without the holster or gun moving. For what it is and what it costs, this is a very good holster.

In almost every way, this holster is a bargain. It's very soft and very thin, making it comfortable and easy to conceal. It fits my H&R 732 2" barrel revolver almost perfectly. The belt clip is sturdy and easy to attach and remove. Here's the one problem I've found with it: If you don't quickly remove your pistol after the holster gets damp due to rain, sweat, or other moisture, your pistol will likely develop some rust. In one case, I left my pistol in the holster for about 48 hours after sweaty day of work, and when I pulled the pistol out, it looked like it had been coated with a layer of cocoa powder. All leather holsters are prone to this problem, but I have a suspicion that this holster was tanned using a chromium process that left some salts in the leather. I could be wrong about that, but the extent of rust that developed in a very short time was surprising. Fortunately, a little 3 in 1 oil and 000 steel wool removed the light rust. But, had I left the gun in the holster for a week or two, there might have been real damage.

Nice little holster. Keeps the weapon secure enough and probably as comfortable as any.

Well made, excellent finish. Deep black exterior. Coarse side of leather outside is soft but grippy, holster doesn't re-position , smooth leather side on the inside holds well. Reinforced pad on clip is stiff and very sturdy, holds clip firmly. Because leather isn't stiff it's very comfortable to wear.

Das Teil ist das Geld nicht wert. Die Waffe, hier Weihrauch 9mm Revolver, ist alles andere als fest im Holster. Alles labbert irgendwie rum. Qualität geht anders. Geht zurück.

The holster is very soft which is nice on the finish of my S&W model 38. The clip is very secure and TBH it's a difficult item to reholster your firearm in.
