I used on tounge and groove floor boards which had previously been vranished years ago .I sanded them back to bare wood .Applied 2 coats with a high quality brush .unfortunately Finish was very patchy . Now having to buy a large can of dark oak varnish to fix the mess this product has made . Not sure if this dye would be better on new wood .Mine looks like new well sanded not sure if it still couldn't soak in because of the previous varnish .

Just runs off the wood drys out patches terrible dye & colour, very hard to use & be neat with edges etc just like water but brown. Expensive as now have to go to B/Q to see what I'm buying.

Absolute rip off! It’s a 15ml ‘tester’ that is ridiculously over priced! Never use this seller again! I’m totally disgusted. I didn’t expect this!!!

Just like coloured water, so runs off the surface and no depth to the colour. Painted over it straight away.

It made no difference to the oak floor on application. Light Oak was the nearest shade to our floor but it is not easy to make a real comparison but I though it was the nearest I could get. Perhaps I would need to try different shades.

Pretty awful. The brown ( light oak ) resembles something unpleasant when applied.

I brought this to stain big lollipop sticks (the tongue depressor kind) which were first cut up to resemble miniature planks, and then they were glued onto a dollhouse to turn it into a wooden cabin. This was PERFECT. Honestly. The effect is great, I couldn't have asked for a better colour or product and the seller is lovely, sending a little note to help you along. I especially wanted something that was water based as I have a lot of allergies, no problems with this one which won't stain your hands either! This was just so easy to use, all I did was paint it on and let it dry for a good while before adding another coat to deepen the effect

Gut zu verarbeiten, geruchsneutral, ergiebig (Empfehlung: Möglichst feiner Vorschliff, mehrere Aufträge im Abstand von 1 Tag). Erzeugt exakten Farbton für Jugendstilmöbel.

This is a great water based stain. Easy to apply and dries fast. I applied with a stain cloth. I used two coats of “light oak” to achieve this color.

Nicht günstig, aber super gut. Diese Lasur habe ich für die Aufarbeitung meiner Holzstühle verwendet und das Ergebnis ist super geworden. Nach dem schleifen und das feucht abwischen des Holzes, mit einem Schwamm aufgetragen zieht die Lasur schnell ein. Der eigentliche Aha Effekt kommt aber erst nachdem dann der Acryl Schutzlack noch aufgetragen wird. Den hab ich in Matt genommen. Meine Empfehlung!
