What is its Folded size

They are rubbish! Save your money. Got these to carry on dogs lead but the press stud that holds the bag in the pouch is at the bottom of the pouch and not very reliable. Once you have removed and used the bag, folding it so it fits back in the pouch is almost impossible and the press stud lets the bag fall out.

Is the mini bag attached to the larger shopping bag? Or separate?

Hi, the case is a little pouch. the bag is completely separate just fold it up after use and pop it back inside..

Would these fit across the handles of a wheelchair? Having to replace bags that just won't go that far

Probably not unless the wheelchair is very narrow. However, (having been a wheelchair pusher myself) you could tie a loop of strong string around each handle of the bags which could then be put onto the wheelchair handles.
