I could have used my money to buy packaged jerky ### ⭐⭐⭐ Great machine, would purchase again. *by A***R on April 30, 2019* Machine comes with 5 plastic trays; trays can be stacked to decrease or increase space between food slices. Blower is located on the bottom of the device so in order to get an even dry you need to keep rotating trays from bottom to top and back again, hence why I gave it only 3 stars. Owners manual doesn't give much information. Drying times in the owners manual are a little odd, for example it note drying apple slices could take anywhere from 8-38 hours. Most of what I dried from day one of purchase was pineapple, plums, tomatoes, mushrooms, mangos, beef jerky, and onions; most took only 9 hours to dry; pineapple and tomatoes took 15 hours to dry.
