MARINE COLLAGEN WITH MAGNESIUM AND VITAMIN C| WITH WATERMELON FLAVOUR FOR 46 DAYS / 350 GRAMS Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body, being the essential constituent of cartilage, tendons, bones (90%) and skin (70%). Proteins contribute to the maintenance of bones in conditions normal, and to preserve and increase muscle mass. Magnesium helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, and contributes to the synthesis normal protein and bone maintenance under normal conditions.Vitamin C improves the absorption of iron and contributes to normal formation of collagen for the normal functioning of blood vessels, bones and cartilages. DIRECTIONS Take 3 teaspoons (7.5 g) a day, spread over the main meals. It can be taken with liquids and also with purees, yogurt, etc. Collagen 5.2 g Magnesium 227 mg (60% VRN) Vitamin C 24 mg (30% VRN) Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of the smallest children. Close the canister tightly and preserve in cool and dry place. La verdad que el sabor es horrible, pero en jugos fríos es mejor, lo eche en agua de piña y  exprimir una naranja u así lo encontré bueno, pero solo en tres dedos de jugos échate una cucharadita y recuerda que son tres cucharaditas al día con las comidas.
