The decal is a self- adhesive and removable sticker as well as non-toxic one. Most of our decals are already covered with application tape. So it will be easy to install following detailed instructions in minutes. These are Precision-Cut Vinyl Decals. There is No Background or Clear Backing. The Background is Whatever You Apply it to. Decals are for Outdoor Surface Application. These are Adhesive Decals Will Stick to Just About Any Clean Smooth Surface! How to Apply: -Clean the surface. -Don't fully peel off the front clear piece, but lift it enough to make sure the decal is stuck on the CLEAR side. (Lift one side at a time just to check.) If it's not, just rub it with your fingers to make sure it sticks to the clear side. -DON'T peel off the backing yet and line up the decal the way you would like. -Use masking tape and tape the TOP side only once it's positioned. -Now, fold the decal upwards with the masking tape working like a door hinge. -Then peel off the backing while still holding the decal away from the surface you are applying it onto. -Once the backing is off, slowly slide down the decal back into the position it was in, starting from the top. -Don't let the whole thing stick at once, slowly start from the top to the bottom. -Once it's on, use an item like a credit card to scrape the front of the decal to make sure it stays on and to get any air bubbles out. -Then slowly peel off the clear front tape. -If you get any air bubbles, it'll go away by itself in about 3-4 weeks.

Looks awesome!
I've had this on the outside rear window of my car for almost 5 months, and it still looks as good as the day I bought it! Peel it off the backing slowly, and make sure you apply to a CLEAN window (wash window thoroughly, dry, then wipe with rubbing alcohol and let dry before applying for maximum adhesion).

Great value and cute to boot.
It looks great and so far stays on great too. I've had it for nine months now with no problems. It did have a tiny bubble underneath that never fully went away but that could have been from the way I applied it. We put it on the car windows and the white dragon looks great and really stands out. Since my windows are very dark the black dragon does not stand out as much but I like it. It was an easy way to personalize the car and I'm happy with my purchase.

quality decal poor shipping
Today I emptied my mailbox awaiting this decal. My Rottie was interested to. It came in an envelope that looked like the tons of crap I get daily so I moved it to the crap pile and moved on......while my Rottie ate it so I'll order again and look out for crappy shipping.. the decal is good but please please make sure that it doesn't look lile the bunch of crap mail we all get every day.

Remember to take the top protective coating off
Toothless does not show up too well on dark windows. Would probably be better on lighter tone paint. Wondering why he is flying with a red tail with the Light Fury.

I really like it. A little bit large for what I used it for but it worked. I put it on a plastic pail to make an Easter basket that was “How to Train your Dragon” themed.

This is on the back of my daughter's laptop and she LOVES it! It was easy to apply, but very adhesive so take your time applying it.

Daughter loves them
I bought these for my daughter and she insisted on 5 starts. I will say though, I felt like they could have put directions in with them because I had to log into my Amazon account to look up directions and 1 of the decals came apart so if you look close enough you can tell that I pieced it together. It was the red part of Toothess's tail.
