Torqued all to 150ft lbs. after 1 week, I retorqued them all and all but 1 retorqued to 150ft lbs with less than 1/2 turn. One pulled almost all the way out. So, I hammered it back through and installed a new one and it torqued with less travel than the failed one. Faulty anchor? Faulty concrete? All good now.
