Sniper 1" Rubber Butt Pad Compatible with Ruger 10/22

very nice fit would buy again.

This butt pad doesn't fit my 10/22 worth a damn. The tang on the top of the pad is too short to allow the screw hole to line up with the hole in the stock. I got it stretched out enough to get the screw in, but radiuses on the tang do not come up to meet the radiuses in the stock. There is more than an eighth-inch gap. I tightened the screw in the butt to a reasonable amount and I can still see plenty of light between the stock and the pad. The outline of the pad is bigger than the stock by a considerable amount. I bought the butt pad to get a little more length of pull and it does that, but the fit is horrible. I won't send it back as the shipping would be about as much as it cost. I might keep it on the carbine for a while to see if the extra length suits me, but I might just as easily throw it out as the appearance is near embarrassing. DO NOT BUY. YMMV

Full extension for long arms. a little hard to fit.

Read the reviews! Will not fit a 10/22. To the seller’s credit they do say you may have to modify a bit, and it is $15, but there is no way you will modify this enough to have anything close to a satisfactory fit. Not worth it to return because they’ll charge a restocking fee. A scam quite honestly avoid this and all other products from this seller.

So it is worth the low price if you have had the gun for years without a butt pad, however I’m sure there’s one out there for just a little more and would be a much better fit.
