Review: I could imaging how bad it would be out in the field - Junk. I keep it in my office and it constantly screws up. Constantly getting an error message that the ribbon is out. It isn't out the thing just needs to be cleaned. I clean it every time I use it. I could imaging how bad it would be out in the field. Plus the parts that need cleaned are not in the manual, you have to call customer service. For the price of this machine, I would expect it to be more user friendly.

**Q: Does this Print in color?**
A: this is not a color printer.   Labels comes in various colors and sizes,  ribbon comes in multiple colors.   can only print with one color ribbon at a time.

**Q: What is the narrowest label the printer will print?**
A: Prints from 0.5" up to 4" wide labels. Wide range of durable color tapes and ribbons available. Works as a stand-alone printer or connects to a PC, medium-volume printing.

**Q: Does the BBP31 print bar codes?**
A: The unit has the capability of printing bar codes; however, I haven't used it.

**Q: What is the widest label the printer will print?**
A: the BBP31 will print 4 inch labels to any length

Junk. I keep it in my office and it constantly screws up. Constantly getting an error message that the ribbon is out. It isn't out the thing just needs to be cleaned. I clean it every time I use it. I could imaging how bad it would be out in the field. Plus the parts that need cleaned are not in the manual, you have to call customer service. For the price of this machine, I would expect it to be more user friendly.
