I did have to buy it three times because I had to return the first two. The first one I bought, the handles ripped at the seam from the side of the bag. I returned it and ordered a replacement, which was incomplete and had no liner. I returned that one and have had no problems with this one. I bought a purse organizer to go in it and it’s been great! I did add adhesive Velcro along the top inside because I don’t like it when my bags don’t close completely.
