I had used it previously in USA was not sure how well it will work here in India. The order took some time to arrive but it was installled easily by the plumbing guy and works really well. It has lots of setting and can be set according to personal choice. I have ordered a second one for my another bathroom. I am very happy and satisfied with it

Have gotten them in the US and glad I could get it in mumbai. Big headache as it's not comparable & does not work. I know it is past the closing . It was for a guest from US. Now it's useless and you don't want to take it back. Calling Customer service. V diff to get a human on Customer Service.

Love it, the option for switching to female wash is great and the look is chic when fixed.

4 years in and it's still doing a great job. I ordered the one with the lever. A few years later and it looks like the options and price have changed somewhat. Would still buy again 100%

I love my new LUXE Bidet NEO 185. I found it very easy to install, leak free, comfortable to use, and a great solution to my personal needs. It’s nice for gal bits as well as the back end. It has a very low visual profile making it functional but not overwhelming in the space. The cold water is not an issue. It is not worth hiring someone to install an electrical outlet to upgrade to a warm stream. Unless you have a water heater next to your bathroom, it will take forever to get the water to the temp you expect before you are tired of sitting there. I use a bit of TP to dry off. Easy peasy.

...Until you've treated yourself to this bidet seat. Hubby says he can't wait for his "daily meditiations" now. We never want to use a boring old normal toilet again! Easy installation, very simple engineering so I'm confident it should last, and works like a charm. So much less tp used - think of all those trees you'll be saving! I'm going to buy an extra to bring to our vacation rental.
