Very firm which I love but it left red dye on my hand. Don’t think I would buy again. Kinda a one and done type

The hardest by far, great tool for strengthening your grip and actually the whole upper body .

This is exactly what ai was looking for. Needed a putty I didn't have to put in the refrigerator to make it strong enough. I am in OT after surg. I need something to perform certain exercises to improve dexterity. This putty did the trick. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

I am a competitive Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner and a Doctor of Physical Therapy. The grind of both a grappling martial art and manual therapy techniques on patients throughout a 10-hour day can lead to some pain in the fingers, but this is easily the firmest putty I have ever used, and is a substantial challenge for grip strengthening, which I was VERY suspicious of when purchasing, as most of this type of equipment is simply not enough for athletic individuals. BE WARNED, THE FIRST FEW USES WILL LEAVE SOME RED DYE ON YOUR HANDS, SO WASH UP THOROUGHLY RIGHT AFTER.

It's extra firm as advertised and good for physical therapy but the red color gets on your hands. It's a relatively small problem but since other putty I used did not get on my hands, I was surprised.

I have some thumb arthritis and tendonitis in wrist and hand, this clay helps strengthen to make it easier to open items such as jars and small milk container tops etc. I definitely recommend using therapy clay!

Texture good but the red dye come off on everything - especially your fingers. Very disappointing.

Going strong. Used daily for months now. Impressive.
