They take a beating and there are so many that my dog stays happy. The launcher is like Disneyland to this dog and he fetches about 75 times before stopping. I have to hide the launcher for a few days, but he gets a ball toss with us daily. Yes, he'll put the ball in the launcher himself occasionally, but human participation is expected because that's half the fun. Great set of tennis balls for the money, I hope I can find them again when we run out (he chews them up, too). ### ⭐ Disappointed! Launcher broke quickly.
