How often do you replace them?

It depends on how often - and for how long each time you use the sauna. You can always order them. Actually, I haven't changed my yet and I bought extras on Amazon. Sauna is one year old. I dont see much of a difference with the Ionizer on or off.

Anyone know where i can get this or something that will work in its place? Please provide a link. Thanks in advance.

Go to amazon and look for a sauna ionizer. Mine was less than twenty dollars.

Do these go somewhere in my sauna? Or do I need to purchase a separate device to use it?

Hi Jane, Some of our sauna models have a built-in ionizer, which these would go into. We don't sell a separate unit. Thank you

where do you install the fragrance pad?

The fragrance pads are to be installed into the sauna ionizer, if your sauna is equipped with this item.
