Best batteries for cochlear implants
I use these batteries for my Rondo (cochlear implant device). I get about 4-5 days out of the batteries (I use 3 at a time), so I'm very happy. My doctor suggested loading the batteries and then leaving the cover off for at least a minute to help the air flow "prepare" the batteries. I have found I get closer to 5 or 5.5 days when I do that. I definitely recommend these!

Great battery for cochlear implant
My insurance doesn't cover these anymore but batteries are my life! They last 2-3 days since I wear them all day & sometime to bed. Don't get the low grades one unless you want to keep changing them every wind blows.

They do not last until expiration date
No shelf life ! I bought these in June 2023 and they had expiration of September 2026. I am using them in September 2024 and they last one hour with poor sound quality . I am going to check with vendor for replacement/refund. UPDATE October 16, 2024 no response from vendor to my complaint!! . ** Buyer beware **batteries do not last shelf life . I have 300 batteries with September 2026 that do not work. No customer service Sound For Life does not respond .

Long lasting and cheaper than other brands.
I’ve used PowerOne batteries for a long time. I bought them through Cochlear America to use in my Cochlear device. I was running out and was searching for another source. I was delighted to find I could buy PowerOne batteries from somewhere else. No other battery give the kind of long life as they do. There are other implant batteries but they are not as good.

Child-proof packaging
The batteries seem great as always, and work very well, but the new child-proof packs for the batteries are horrible. You have to cut them open, which then causes the remaining batteries to no longer be secure in the pack. To me, once opened they are less child-proof than the old packs and definitely an issue while traveling. Please go back to the old style packs!

great batteries
Batteries are for my wife. She has Cochlear implants. One side N-5 she uses disposable- implant 675 and the other side N-6 she uses rechargables. 2 different implants about 15 years apart. The 2 batteries in processor last 2-3 days depending on the noise in the surrounding area she is in. Cochlear informed us they no longer will be selling these, so we had to shop around.
