Havaianas Women's Slim Sandal

I'm a Floridian, an expert in flip flops, and I've bought Havaianas for years - no more! These arrived with extra rubber-cement-like residue around the thong, but it came off, and they seemed to function fine inside the confines of my tiny carpetless single-story house. I foolishly didn't wear really these til the Amazon return window had closed, by a couple days. Stupid, bruised me!Well, the thong on both shoes disconnects all the time, and I go sprawling across airports and falling up stairs, and no one cares. I wrote a pleasant email relating the faulty connections and requesting an exchange, and I received a reply - a single one - which can be distilled to "We're sorry that we don't care. But we don't. We will brusquely apologize for the inconvenience created by our total lack of caring about our junk product, only because it's free to send insincere apologies."These shoes blow. I fall down often enough on my own, and I don't pay $30 to do it.

I have owned many pairs of Havaianas and the pair I received is a fake/ knock-off of this beloved flip flop. It is larger than it should be for the ordered size and slightly the wrong shape as my prior pairs of the slim flip flop. Also after wearing it a few times, the rubber feels cheap. I would liken it to the cheap flip flops you get at Walgreens or other drugstores for less than $5.00. Beware and I suggest you order from another retailer.I have notified Amazon of this issue.

I don't think you can ever go wrong with havaianas! They're SO comfortable, cute, durable, and last forever! I even got my boyfriend hooked on their men's flip flops! You just have to figure out the sizing, then once you do you're golden. I'm in the U.S. and I used to be a size 8 and I'm now an 8.5 and the 39-40 have always fit me well. I'll wear havaianas as long as they're still making quality shoes! I found some swarovski rivets so I might try blinging them out ;)

I have at least a dozen Haviannas.There are not like any that I own.The foot bed is very thin and flimsy.When you walk the top of the sole folds under and trips you.I honestly think theses are not authenticHaviannas.

Comfortable, well made and fit as expected! A couple times since having these someone has accidentally stood on the back whilst I have been walking and I have ended up giving them a BIG wrench. My first thoughts have been, "Oh no! Now they are ruined as the center support has bound to have pulled out!" WRONG! They are still just as good as they were.IMPORTANT to note that these are quite narrow so if you are wide footed I would NOT recommend this particular brand to you.I purchased these at the full prevailing price. Ordered a size 9/10.... I wear a 91/2..Sooooooo small... gave them to a friend who wears an 8.....:I have many pairs of the Havaianas.... purchased from many stores and online... always fit and all the same size...Makes me wonder if these are authentic...Very sad that they did not fit..... would have returned and ordered a larger size but was away on vacation at the time of delivery....The black shoes are Amazon...The tan shoes same size.... purchased on line.....

Just bought my third pair today. The first pair I wore about two months until I wore them at the river and the left shoe got away from me down stream, so I bought a second pair. The second pair lasted 13 months but finally the toe peg on the left shoe gave way yesterday. Not bad for less than $20 and they are soooo comfy. I wear them everyday. Even in winter I wear them around the house when I am home. I hope this next pair is the same quality I have come to trust.8-17-17 up-date: I reduced my rating from 5 to 1 star. These are NOT the same as the Havaianas I received my first two purchases. They are not as thick, not as black and the strap is too big causing my feet to slip and they make a flapping sound. Sorry, I got my last two pairs from this seller - sadly no more.

Havaianas are very popular in Brazil and became very popular here in the US as well. It's very comfortable and good quality. I had to buy so many of them because my dog is obsessed with my havaianas and she ate 10 so far. She can't wait for me to be distracted or go take a shower she will grab and eat it in no time! Maybe havaianas will make a Chihuahua proof sandal that would be nice.... I'm just kidding ...nice sandals tho
