How to use this product A mass gain drink with sweetener. How do I use CNP Professional Pro Mass? We think it works best if you mix four scoops (100g) with 568ml (one pint) of cold water per serving but you can also mix two scoops (50g) of Pro Mass with 568ml (one pint) of skimmed milk if you prefer, it lasts longer that way, but make sure you check out the nutrition panel to be sure this meets your calorie needs. Indications Mix 100g (4 scoops) of Pro-Mass in 568ml (1 pint) of water or alternatively mix 50g (2 scoops) of Pro-Mass in 568ml (1 pint) of skimmed milk.

I’ve used this product for over 7 years and does the job, and taste very good compared to other brands I’ve tried, it’s not to heavy as some other drinks are, and can mixed by shaking or blending
