Awesome to be able to see just how much fat comes off when you lose 1lb of fat! Purchased this so i could look at it everyday during my weight loss journey to help my wife and I stay committed. Note* It is a bit sticky so if you have a dusty home and are using it like us, wrapping it in saran wrap can help.

Great Motivator!
