FANTASTIC! water tastes pure
I am a 74-year-old woman and was able to install this without any problems, but I did follow the instructions exactly. I do suggest taking a toothbrush and vinegar to scrub inside of the sink faucet to remove any particles and calcium build up before you attach the filter. My faucet is low to the sink compared with the ones that arch up high, but I had no problem doing dishes as some others have said they did, due to the filter being in the way. I did not have any issues with that at all, I'm able to do the dishes just fine. The water tastes beautifully clear and fresh. It's much better tasting than the water that comes out of my Brita water pitcher filter which I will now be using for the plants until I run out of filters and then I'll donate it. This is one of the best things I've purchased on Amazon! It exceeded my expectations, to the point that I thought I might get one for the bathroom sink as well in order to wash my face with nice water. However that tap is too low into the sink so it wouldn't work. Consequently I moved my face soap into the kitchen and I now wash my face there. I'm sure my face will appreciate the filtered water. I'll be using it for all my cooking as well because you get 360 gallons of use with each filter, so it's much more economical than the Brita filters (40 gallons per filter) are. I highly recommend it I really feel you can't go wrong with this filter. The only thing I urge is to follow the directions, ie: washers, plumbers tape, etc. That way you'll get it right the first time!😊

Perfect fix for hard tap water—saves time and saves my back!
Living in Orange County, the tap water quality isn't the best. While a dedicated drinking water pitcher or filter solves the drinking side of things, it makes other everyday kitchen tasks a massive pain—like washing fruits, vegetables, and prepping food. Worse yet, having to stand hunched over in front of a slow filter for minutes just to fill up a large pot for pasta water was a nightmare, especially with my chronic back issues. This Waterdrop faucet filter completely solved that problem. Having clean, filtered water coming straight from the tap with good flow has made kitchen prep so much more convenient. It was incredibly easy to install, fits perfectly, and the price is unbeatable for a 4-pack of filters. If you want to make your daily kitchen routine easier on your body and get clean water instantly, this is worth every penny!

Great system!
I brought this system in March, 2020. It's worked out really well all that time. Even the filters lasted a great deal longer than 3 months, and we use/drink gallons of water daily. On average, I only had to change our filter every 8 - 9 months. I think that the key to this is to remember to put the lever down when you're not using the water for cooking, or for drinking. But, every good thing must come to an end. Three days ago, my little lever broke off, so now I must buy another system. That part of the system is plastic, so it's just worn out from well over two years worth of up and down movements. That's the only thing that I'd like to see changed in this system. I just wish that the lever was metal too; like the screw on base. Other than that, I'm really pleased with this system. Also, I really like how you get a filter with the start up system, so that you can set it up right away once it arrives. (A little later, I'll order the set of three filters so that I can have some on hand). So, even though my lever has broken off; I still highly recommend this system. I feel that it's a good value for the money, and that it works quite well. The taste in our water has improved 100% with this system. We won't drink our water without the filtered system. (Since the lever has been broken; we've been buying Spring Water from the grocery store until we get a new system); but I'll definitely be buying another NSF system.

Easy, Tasty Filtered Water with the Push of a Button
I am very happy with my choice of this Waterdrop faucet filter. It came with a wide selection of faucet adapters and was simple to install. I give filtered water to my pets, not only myself. I also cook and bake with it to eliminate any metallic or mineral taste. I’m a big fan of the push button that changes the water flow from tap to filter. I had a lot of trouble with the Brita brand because the twist knob to change from tap to filter broke at least twice, leaving me stuck with having paid for extra filters. WaterDrop has been my choice for six months now, and it is going well so far.

Works
Works great. Still not 100% perfect but filters decent (we already have pretty clean water I just don’t care for the taste). It is not pretty but does not leak when installed properly

Isn't great
Assembly was easy but unfortunately one very tiny piece broke off within minutes of use when one of my kids twisted the spout/body too far. Not sure what this tiny piece of the spout section actually was for... also the stream is obnoxiously strong and try as I might to calm it down the water is so forceful it goes everywhere even just hitting the bottom of the sink. It works but for the above reasons im going to use it till I go through the filters (if I last that long) and then order something different.

First impression great!!
So excited. Just arrived. Pretty easy to install. No tools required. I’ll update and let you know in a few months how it’s going. But first impression is great First Update - a few days into using it. The water pressure coming out of my faucet is amazing. I couldn’t get that type of pressure before. So far so good.

Really slow to filter?
I’m not sure if it was just the one I received or if they’re all like this, but when using the filter, it wouldn’t come out with a lot of water. It would take forever to fill my water bottle. I understand the filter is doing its thing, but to take 3 minutes to fill a 40 oz water bottle is kind of ridiculous. Once I did get the water, it did taste filtered though.

Hands-down way better than Brita!
We originally purchased a Brita filter for our sink faucet, and right from the get-go, it was leaking and never gave us the confidence that the cheap plastic it was made of would stand the test of regular usage in our two-person home. Fed up with the leaking and very poor lever (from unfiltered to filtered water) after about 6 weeks, we threw out our Brita and bought the Waterdrop - what a wonderful decision! After 3 weeks of usage, this facet filter has NEVER leaked and the lever is sturdy and easy to use. It's also a lovely looking unit that we're happy to use and show off to anyone we have over. Hands down, this is a far superior faucet filter to the Brita - we're very happy customers!

Excellent product and very helpful company
The product itself is excellent - easy to install, and it genuinely makes the water taste much more pleasant. What I really wanted to comment on, though, is how professional and easy to deal with this company is. I originally made my purchase in 2023 and moved in 2025. During the move, I discovered that I had lost a part of my water filtration system, so once I realised that, I contacted Waterdrop to enquire about purchasing a replacement. As the part wasn’t available at the time, the agent very kindly arranged for the entire system to be sent to me free of charge. I’m incredibly grateful for that - thank you! You’ve been truly wonderful: helpful, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with.
