Then this product is for you! Whatever you would make would regular pasta you can do it with this product and feel good about it and even lose weight while enjoying it!Unlike many others, this product has a much more natural like a real pasta color, larger portions and each package contains 2 separate sealed well sized portion bags. My preferred choice of Shirataki noodles. They also have a much fainter "fishy" smell prior to rinsing, but also a more pleasant faint flowery fragment undertone, better texture and product item size which comes in 4 different styles: Rice, Spaghetti, Fettuccine, and Penne.The often mentioned slightly referred to as "fishy" odor is natural and has to do with the konja root of which the Shirataki is made and is easily (as required) rinsed out in cold water in less than 20 seconds prior to cooking.Boiled for a couple minutes and water and served as you would serve regular pasta, any shirataki are "crunchier" than "al dente" of conventional pasta with a slight "silicone rubber like" resistance in texture. If you ever ate a jellyfish or jellyfish salad, then you know what texture I'm referring to. Slightly "gummy" resistance but with a crunch. Similar to biting in a cucumber that is a few days old but still good.
