Well my nerves in my fingers were pretty bad, hands were shaking n stuff. Now they don't shake so much anymore after using this. And I haven't even been using it consistently. So take that as you wish.

I think this is a great nerve tonic in a tablet form.My mom give it to me when I was studying. Putting in some late hours, sometimes I would get up at 1am study until 6am then orgernize for work, go to the gym after work and then come back home. Take a 4 hour sleep and study again. This is a great tablet. Google it!No I didn't buy it from Amazon but from the pharmacy in Trinidad, as that's where I'm from.
