The best
Chocolate gives me hives, so I have to resort to carob. So many different tastes though and some I don’t like. This one is exceptional and not as sweet which is more like chocolate. Carob is naturally sweet. It doesn’t need more. I like to add a little Roma with it to give it a deeper taste when melting. These are great for making your own peanut butter cups.

Solid block of carob
Don't bother ordering this. Flavor is fine, but when it arrived, it had been melted into a solid block and then cooled and hardened. If I could return it, I would.

Only If You Need To Buy Them
These are good but not worth the price. They have sort of a particular taste to them - I'm sure it's because of the ingredients - but once you get used to it you'll really enjoy them. They melt well and have a smooth texture.
