Hi, Can I have this menorah custom made?

No, the price would be prohibitive because of having to make a mold, etc. Sorry.

does it have a cross as pictured?

Hello Dan, the one that I bought don't have the cross

What candles work with this menorah?

Hi bookworm, these worked for me. They have several color options: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B095WGLTBV/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_VSMBDVH0YY8W6845WRG5?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
