This one seems to fit the bill. The pictures are cute with enough detail to keep her interested but not so much she gets overwhelmed. The paper does seem to be thicker than a standard coloring book but does not seem as thick as the paper that comes in really nice adult coloring books. The back side of each page is blank but I would be concerned that with heavy handed marker usage it might bleed through on to the next page. That would be easy to remedy by either removing the page or sticking a scrap piece of paper between pages.
