Life altering! I feel 10000% better since I’ve been making these recipes!
Wow! I really LOVE this book! Recently I’ve been trying to eat more healthy and get back in shape, when I found this book I thought I’d be great. It turned out to be truly amazing! It’s very well written and she cites many studies and sources. I have also made many of the recipes and they are easy to follow and very tasty, even my husband likes them! I really like how so many of the recipes use a lot of the same herbs and similar ingredients so I’m not buying an item that I’ll only use a little of and go to waste. All of the ingredients are very budget friendly and easy to find at any grocery. This book is resells life altering, I can’t wait to order more of her books!

Ummm, Probably would not buy if I know what I know now. Over Rated.
I have made a few recipes. They are just ok. Tonight I made the Lentil Butternut Squash Stew...stew it is NOT. I followed the directions exactly. For me being an avid cook, that is unusual. I had a gut feeling there was too much liquid required. I use to work in the food photography field. I should have known better. The photo of this dish in no way reflects the results. I Prepared it in the slow cooker, like she said you could do. The picture shows a enormous amount of hearty lentils, mine dissolved to mush. It is so watery ( yes I still haven’t served it because I don’t know what to do). I’ve added butternut squash purée to thicken, the carrots are cooked but apple and squash are baby food mush. Ugh...I haven’t been overwhelmed by any recipe in this book and the nutritional pages are ok, but not as detailed as I thought. I really was hopeful. Now I am looking at an enormous amount of mush in my crock pot and I don’t know what to do. And not sure how much I will now use this book. ☹️

There was no guidelines how to achieve any results other than eat 5 specific foods. Was it daily? No menu or mention if you could eat other foods. Outrageous claims without any controlled studies; no plans.

Caution
There is not much substance to this book for the price you pay. I was expecting more recipes and suggestions.

The Best Nutrition Book of 2018!

Kindle format
This is the first kindle book I have had trouble with and the most expensive. I tried all the suggestions to be able to use it and was unable to be able to read it, can't enlarge it enough. Totally worthless to me and very disappointed.

The Best Recipes Ever!
This book is amazing and has been a complete lifesaver for me. I use the kindle version and it fits my lifestyle perfect. I’m always on the go and rarely have time to cook foru family but this book provides quick easy and delicious recipes. My hubby sometimes will go through the pages on my Kindle and pick our next recipe to try and cook up for the next meal. My whole family loves the tasty meals and I love the easy recipes.

Just what the doctor ordered!
My husband, three daughters (ages 20-23) and I all loved this book! It is so easy to follow and the recipes really work! I am planning on ordering as gifts for the holidays!
