I find their reviews are spot on for the places I know well and enticing for the others. You cannot go wrong with this by your side.

This is a pocket-size mini-guide of the restaurants in Washington DC, just over 75 pages of reviews. It does not cover close-by neighborhoods like Alexandria, Arlington or Bethesda, where many excellent restaurants are located. Plus there are too many missing restaurants to be useful for DC residents. Editors should include some useful summary lists like restaurants by neighborhood or budget. The best feature of this guide, as with other Michelin products, is the quality and quantity of the maps included, despite showing a very small number of restaurants on them.

This should come handy under many circumstances.
