Does this apply on darker skin without white marks?

Believe me. Its the best moisturiser ive ever bought and there are no white marks left on light or darker skin. You only need a little of it. It works!

Is it a day cream? I didn't notice anything of this product telling it's a day cream

I use it as a day cream has SPF30 and its matte to wear under makeup, if you wish.

Whenever I apply this cream it burns and makes my skin sore and cracked which takes 1 week to heal. What do I do?

I wouldn't use it ,there must be something in it your skin doesn't like .try a normal moisturiser.
