Not bad. I would prefer a metal bracket but it appears to be sturdy enough for urban bicycle use but I would not trust it on a motorcycle or bicycle if you get into rough trails. Another quibble is that you have to use both hands for installation because the screws will fall out of the apparatus before you can tighten it so you have to make sure you are paying full attention to the assembly when switching mount locations. Cheap and works for low stress uses.
