I borrow this cover from my son whilst on holiday. I didn't think it could possibly keep me dry as it was so thin.I was wrong, despite heavy rain I remained dry.I was so impressed that as soon as we got back from our holiday I ordered one for myself. Very happy with product.

I use this on my scooter & find it tangles around my feet at times, it is waterproof but I find it cold when it is cold when it is frosty you do need an insulated cover underneath.
