This is a great product. Easy to install and nice adhesion. I really appreciate the black strip, it disappears on my monitor stand so it looks like the stand is producing the light itself. There is a good density of LEDs, the wall behind my monitor is lit entirely. In other words, even though the strip is close to the wall, I don’t see bright spots from each LED (I do have 2 strips side by side, but even with 1 I think it would be good). IMPORTANT: it does work on a smart outlet. I was worried that cutting power to the strip’s controller using a smart outlet would reset it and it would not turn back on when the outlet is turned on. But, it works perfectly. I’ve chosen the light color and brightness and now I can turn it on and off with my phone. Downside: the LEDs do get quite hot to the touch. This is normal, but I had underestimated how hot they would be. Don’t get me wrong, it’s only noticeable if you put you finger on a diode, it’s not like a ray of heat like a halogen or anything. Considering this, I cannot think of a use case that would be overly impacted by this; I would still be willing to install this strip on electronics. Overall, great product. I strongly recommend!

Likes: Price, Adhesion sticks really good, Very easy to install Dislike: When you start to unroll from reel the protective paper for the tape starts coming off. Not a big issue but could cause problems trying to keep the sticky part clean. Problem: After getting it up on the wall and turning the power on. There were 3 LEDs at the beginning of the 2nd reel did not come on until I pushed down on LED. Could have been a slight disconnection for those. What I would like is an option for a extra power supply incase I dont use all the LEDs for one project. Will be buying another 2 rolls for other projects. Update: Bought 2 more rolls. Didn’t notice on the 2nd roll from the first shipment. When you go white there is sections that has a green tint. When I applied the 3rd roll (2nd order) On white it has a much greener tint. When I go green it’s much brighter. Same goes with the blue. Red does the same. Could it be the strip is too long? Update 3: Used the other Power connection for the 3rd spool and disconnected it from the other two and now all lights have the same brightness. So dont string more than 32ft on one leg of the power supply.

Love these lights, they are very bright and light up pretty much my entire room. I'm going to buy more to have them go all the way around my room. The cord to plug in is a little bulky, almost like a laptop charger and so I was a little worried that it would overheat or the box would get hot but that is not the case at all. I have them pretty often and it gets a little warm but that's all. I had read a few reviews that the adhesive on the back of the strip lights weren't very good but for me they went up beautifully and I even had to pull it off to reposition them and it still was very sticky and stuck the wall. Overall I am very happy with these(

I love these lights. They have a good range of colors like any other LED lights and they work well. The adhesive works pretty good for me as I’ve taken some of my strips down and replaced them again, and they have yet to fall off. Just make sure to clean and dust off the surface you’re applying it on (and make sure it’s dry). One thing is I wish the strips were white, which is on me though because the picture clearly shows they’re black. I love the DIY feature it has because I can make a blush pink color and it’s very cute. You can also connect multiple strips to the same power box, but the brightness of the lights fade toward the end of the strips. Luckily there are two connecters on the power box so you can connect both the beginning and end of the strip to it so the power distributes evenly throughout the whole entire strip. One thing about this product I wish was different is the brightness setting on the DIY. You can make the default colors they give you brighter or dimmer which is a wonderful feature, but they don’t work on your DIY colors. They don’t work on your jumps or fades either. For your jumps and fades you can change the speed of it depending on how fast or slow you want them to go. The jump one is pretty impressive and could probably give you a seizure seeing how fast it goes at its quickest. Overall great product and I would definitely buy again if these ever break. I’ve had them for about a month bow which isn’t very long but they still work good for me.

I really love these lights! It’s my first time in an apartment and I was really worried about putting up posters/frames in my bedroom. These lights really help personalize my room! They’re super bright and I love that they came with a remote. I think they’re a good price for LEDs considering how long they last and they were easy to install. I do recommend measuring out the space before you start I made the mistake of starting in one corner before realizing it didn’t reach the outlet. My bedroom was pretty dark so the quality of the light in there in a lot better now and the fact that you can dim them is a really great option! I hope this helps ❤️
