Best griller and toaster

Received in very bad condition, not sealed or wrapped and box damaged Seems that the product was in demo for long time

When arrived, there was a single 3 cm annoying scratch on top of its metal surface but I didn't bother myself to return since it was obviously unused item, I understood from its plastic smell and packaging. Upper plate heats stronger than below part (obvious during grilling), I don't know if it is a designed function, I found it bit strange. Maybe my item is defected little. But for toasting it doesn't matter much, together they work okay. (Overall I like Kenwood products, simple and elegant designs and yet very durable, I am using my kettle since 7 years and faster boiling than any kettle I have seen ever, yet with lower energy consumption).

Works well for making bread panini. Or sandwich that requires grilling. . You need to use brush to clean it properly.

Not as expected

Bought a very expensive brand which did not work properly out of the box. Returned it and made a good decision of buying this. Works perfectly.
