I found the Skil jigsaw was easy to manage. The speed sensitive trigger was light and compliant. Although the tool is light it performed without complaint. The battery was a quick charge and lasted me for entire duration of my project.During my project, I’d used a Dewalt (cordless) jigsaw in addition to the Skil jigsaw. The difference between the two was affordability. The Dewalt is a more hardy tool but the price difference justified the purchase of the Skil jigsaw.

I am a professional cabinet maker, the skill line of power tools are durable, reliable a solid tool highly recommend.

A tough little jig saw well worth the price. Each truck has oneand they stand up to ham fisted helpers, not as tough as the Dewalt or Milwaukee but also not three the time the price. Long battery life and complete with battery and charger the price can't be beat. It stands up to the bouncing around in a truck and with good quality blades it'll cut as well as big name and big price tag saws. For the homeown, it a no brainer, best bang for the buck.

What can I say ? It's a jigsaw throw the blade it comes with and throw a Diablo blade in and go cut stuff. It's not contractor grade by any means but if your an at home diy builder it will do what you need it to do as long as you got good blades in it.My absolute only complaint is the bevel lever tends to swing out while cutting which results in your beveling stuff that doesn't need beveled lol but there could very well be a way to tighten it I haven't even taken the time too look yet.If your a full time contractor pass on this one but if your doing home projects you can definitely save some money and pick this saw up and do just fine with it just don't skimp out on the blades

I bought from LOWES brand new Skil impact drill right before Christmas with no battery or charger for $27 than I got this one for 1 single job I need to do. Saving $100 I have two perfectly working tools for 123 dollars. Speaking of good deal.

She's a champ very good saw definitely ment for small jobs tho but can use dearing big ones to use it on porch and lasted all the way till done

The price point could not be beaten for this saw. The only negative I have encountered with the Skil PowerCore 20 cordless tools is battery selection and availability. I use Ryobi, Ridgid and DeWalt cordless tools in my trade and all of them have proven to be very reliable and durable. Each has their advantages and disadvantages. I like them and they help me produce good results for my clients. I am trying out the Skil PowerCore 20 cordless products to kind of fill out my cordless tool arsenal. So far I like the Skil tools I have added and am impressed with the serviceability and battery life.

It feels like and performs as good if not better than the jigsaw I borrowed until recently. The Skil brand is an eye opener. I never had considered the brand until I saw a YouTube video suggesting that it was the best value of the side by side comparison with other higher priced brands. I can attest that Skil is indeed a great value and would easily consider this brand for future power tool purchases!

So far, so good. This is a nicely engineered unit which is something I have come to expect over the years from Skil. The quick release/attach for the blades is wonderful and works with all my existing collection of industry standard blades. A grooved guide roller resists stressing the blade if you push too hard and helps prevent breakage. An interesting stroke modulation control facilitates adaptation to different types of substances you are sawing through.As with most tools, and power tools especially, use eye and hearing protection. You only get two of each. This Skil isn't noisy but why take chances?

De entrada puedo decir que es una maravilla y estoy encantado!Por ahí leí unos comentarios en contra, muchos a favor y para mí es perfecta.Primeramente comentar que es muy ligera aun con la bateríaEs súper cómoda para usar, para bloquear o desbloquearTiene luz y una funcion para que quite el polvo del camino por dónde va cortando, créanme que estás funciones son una maravilla, ves por dónde pasa tu sierra y la marca guía.Por otro lado tiene diferentes modos de oscilación para los diferentes cortes de diferentes materias, cosa que es súper buena.No es para corte recto pero en mis pruebas me ha gustado mucho el como han quedado, he cortado madera de pino, MDF y todo perfectoTiene un gatillo con velocidad variable que es maravilloso para todos tus cortesIncluye batería, herramienta, cargador, 2 sierras de diente fino y diente más grueso y debo decir que la batería es una chulada, la ocupe para diferentes cosas y me duró bastante incluso la cargue antes de que se terminará (porque tiene indicador de carga en la batería) y todo perfecto. Hablando de la batería igual cargauy rápido y por ahí leí un comentario de que si se te fregaba era imposible conseguí una y nada más falso, aquí en Amazon las consigues, y el precio es el promedio de otras baterías.Algo que no incluye y hubiera estado bien pero por el precio no se reprocha es una bolsa para transportarla.Yo la recomiendo al 100%, me ha encantado y los materiales se ven duraderos y con buena construcción.
