Hand warmers are better in my eyesAnd maybe toe warmers instead of foot warmers will work better **Q: How can these insoles be worn with orthotics, if at all, without damaging the orthotics?** A: The insoles cant be used with orthotics. I've put them underneath the orthotics, and other times on top. There could be a problem with how tight your foot feels inside the shoe. The insoles lie pretty flat, but I've found the chemical reaction to air can make the insoles expand a little.
