Broken cap..that too without attachment
Overall it's a good product but the upper black cap was broken hence steam leakage and they didn't provide any attachments to fix it

Valuable for money, great capacity according to the price and easy to maintain and clean.
I have always wanted to get this since 2017 but it was so costly at the market so I found this on Amazon and got it immediately. I was super impressed with the quality and the affordable price. I used it to steam dumplings, xiaolongbao , even raw marinated fish. You can use it steam vegetables too. I say go for it and you won't regret buying it.

Non durable product
The quality of the product is very bad. In one use the product became black from insides. Lil less water and the base burnt to get a hole in it. Quality is very low. Very light weight product no thickness

Thickness is zero on base
The product is good as shown in picture But the base is thin The main is base ,base should be thick I don't think so it will last long 😔😔
