There is a great tool brand, that I really like, but charges A LOT more money for their tread. I have to say though, this is a great and less expensive way to go. I don’t own the brand name tread but I can not imagine it being any better. The only difference I’m sure would be this one does not have the name brand engraved on it. This is a high quality product. I would highly recommend it over the brand name to save money. Keep in mind that this is more of a novelty and not meant to be a primary tool set. Cyber Dyer has the watch adapter for a good price.

Pros: Somewhat functional, can get you out of a jam! Looks tough.Cons: I tried to use its own (small) flat head screwdriver to take it apart and the screwdriver tip bent, but the larger ones were ok. One section is embossed with "1/4 square", which made me excited to possibly use it on 1/4 drive sockets! But it is too big to fit into sockets, by a millimeter. :( The black paint is scratched anywhere it makes contact with something harder than it. The cutter isn't very sharp; could not cut the tape on the Amazon box well.

I bought this to see how useful it would be. I think it’s more for looks. It should be great for the avg. person who doesn’t want to carry a multi tool. Not for heavy use. The size was bigger than expected. To adjust remove the links.

It might as well be a leatherman tread. Great option if you don't want to pay 175 dollars for one made by leatherman. Love mine and have even used it fix a few things at work and at home without having to hint my tools.

The good: Inexpensive, looks like the original, easy to adjust for fit.The Bad: This may a criticism of the design of the Leatherman but this thing is pretty useless. It does not allow for a secure grip or use of the tools without it flopping around. This is an overkill bit holder but if you can't use the drivers properly, what use is it? Specific to this item - Finish is painted on the black version, and when used as intended the paint wears off quickly. It is a tight buckle and I have cut myself on the tools if not careful when taking it off. It is very heavy and not very comfortable to wear.

I was excited to receive this but not happy with the product. I was being cheap when I purchased it and not springing for the original more expensive product. I regret that now and have a small bowl of parts.
