A thoughtful spacing for women's natural shape instead of a square would have been much more helpful, especially as it's advertised as helpful post partum, which means sitting feeding a baby - often! And be warned it's very painful trying to get such tight elastic on or off over full breasts, I couldn't begin to get it up over my bottom as advised. At the end of the day it does what it's designed for and that comes with some obvious comprising having to be made, mainly a bit of discomfort from the sweating.
