Is this ghee from grass-fed cows?

From their website: We also have Predominantly Grass fed cow ghee available in Canada.Logic would dictate that this is Canada. They are not outside grazing year round with their weather so I imagine they are being fed grain when they are indoors. Hence the word predominantly along with the lack of grass fed, pasture raised or whatever term you want to see on the label. Kerrygold butter is the same way.

Is Nanak desi ghee made whpping the curd or directly from the milk fat?

In don't know what it is made of but this was the worst ghee I've ever used. It tastes and chews like wax. Something is not quite right with it.
