Dries fast. Breathes great even in multiple layers.R: Moderate-elastic content cotton. Takes time to dry. Not very breathable can feel slightly stifling during a workout.Waterproof:P: The adhesive is solid as it won’t pull or tear off. It feels comfortable on the skin;, if I apply it after a shower, it usually lasts for 2-4 days.R: It did survive my shower which I was wondering if it could do or not. But only last for 1 day, and irritate or get itchy, maybe not suitable for sensitive skin.Stickiness:P: Can be repositioned, and will stick just as well after repositioning. Sticks to tape well can wear several days. Also very comfortable to remove.R: Can be repositioned, but loses some stickiness each time. Edges tend to peel up.Durability:P: 3+ days. Stays in shape until you take it off.R: 1-3 days. Edges tend to peel up on day 2, so you've got to trim it down.Support performance:P: Stable support. After a couple of days of trying the new rolls, these are working as great as the first roll I tried. It’s a stronger, maybe slightly thicker tape than others I’ve used, which I like. So I’m upgrading it up to 5 stars for both the quality and customer service.Old review: 3 rolls come in a box. The first roll was great! The second roll is not good quality at all. The tape starts peeling off within 10 minutes. I've attached pictures where I've only been wearing it for an hour and staying off of it. I’m using it on my ankle due to tendon issues. I would only use 2-4 pre-cut pieces with the first roll and now I’m using 5-6 with the second just to prevent the tape from peeling off. It doesn’t matter if I’m walking, staying off of it, putting a sock over it or keeping it bare, the tape starts peeling! If I could count on consistent quality I would buy more but I’m going to try a different brand instead. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works brilliantly, stays on well, good quality kinesiology tape *by C***Y on August 15, 2018* Great tape - exactly as described and very well priced compared with other similar brands. Bought to strap calf and Achilles tendon, it was easy to use and remained stuck on until I decided to take it off, rather than the adhesive giving up.Have a bit of a knee pain and restricted exercise. I use this and it help with pain management when exercising.As one end was under the base of my ankle it was subject to a lot of wear, and would get wet when showering. It sometimes peeled a little at the base - however drying with a hair-dryer meant it re-stuck onto dry skin without a problem. Highly recommended as a sports tape.I have hyper-mobile knees and this tape helps me limit their movement, while reminding me of how I am holding them.As I need to use strapping on my knees for my training runs and half marathons this is by far the best strapping I have used. It is stretchy whilst being very supportive when I strap it around my knee caps. As it stretches you don’t have to cut the pieces very long and so it makes it go a long way. It is also very good value for money. Cannot recommend enough!
