Was great for the first few days, but my son with ASD has bitten through only days into having it. I thought it was designed to be extra tough, it seems to be no different from cheap versions of the same

Best for strong chewers
Hands down, the best for heavy chewers. My 23-year-old son, who is nonverbal, loves these. Tougher ones caused him jaw pain and swelling, so this is perfect.

I got two of those to let me kids chew to develop their jaws more.It will help with proper bite later on.This is part of miofunctional therapy for kids.

Pricey.. but worth it!!!
My girl is 4yo and autistic, she chews threw EVERYTHING. We were using tube chewies and while we loved them, she started to literally eat pieces off of them so we needed something stronger. She had a P chew from therapy a couple years ago so we ordered more of these to try again.. so glad we did. They've been much more durable!! Although we know there's a possibility she may chew through them eventually, at least she's not ruining chewies daily anymore. They're pricey but so is going through an entire pack of chewies in a week.
